Shipping & Delivery

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Providers

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx for reliable and timely deliveries.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

First Response Tech is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@firstresponsetech.com with your order number and photo evidence.

Returns & Refunds

At First Response Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened software or digital licenses
  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Items with missing accessories or damaged packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@firstresponsetech.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

We will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if eligible.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was our fault.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us with your order details. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

No, we currently do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped to your provided address.
